The Senior Professional in Human Resources - International (SPHRi), named as Human Resource Management Professional, HRMP before 2016, is designed for senior-level HR professionals who are involved in strategy and policy-making activities. The SPHRi exam focuses on the strategic and policy-making aspects of HR management, regardless of geographic region. The SPHRi is similar to the Senior Professional in Human Resource (SPHR), but without the focus on US employment laws.
